The aim of this research work is to examine performance appraisal and employees productivity. To undertake this aim, three objectives with their underlying hypotheses were designed and assessed by quantitative and qualitative research design. To set background information on the proposed hypotheses, theoretical, conceptual and empirical related literature were reviewed and most of the literature finding implies that performance appraisal had a significant influence on employees¿ productivity.
