Perception Engineering

Perception helps to understand the world around us. It is the same in business life for companies¿ customers. More a service or a product is perceived to be excellent by its stakeholders, better the producer company makes difference in its sector against its competitors. There are certain strategic components like image, reputation and brand which provide that to the company through perception engineering.
