PENSITIVE IMAGES

The passion for Catalan culture and its capital, Barcelona, translates into a journey, which smells of adventure. Six chapters, six eras, six neighborhoods, six different architectural languages. Each one of them constitutes an essential organ for the life and image of the city, which has become a worldwide symbol of urbanism and a faithful witness of European and Spanish history. The inspiration of the text and its writing comes from an informal meeting, completely casual, in the shady meanders of the Gothic Bars. The book is the translation of a feeling of admiration for the Catalan people, their history and culture, and an innate fascination for Barcelona and its morphology. The photographs, in fact, are mostly the work of the author himself.
