Pedagogical Training and International Baccalaureate

The pedagogical training of professionals not related to education has grown in recent times, and several difficulties have been evidenced in the teaching practice when imparting knowledge in the classroom. The legislation has generated that several professionals join the educational system, due to the lack of employment in the areas related to their degree. Being in front of students carries a great responsibility; that of influencing the interaction of their metacognition that they develop in their field of action. The opinions and criteria of studies related to this problem are fundamental and even more so the challenges faced by education with respect to training due to the abrupt transformation generated by the pandemic. Teachers have been forced to become recursive, to work through digital platforms, implementing new didactic tools and strategies to make the teaching-learning process more effective.
