Thanks to them, therapeutics have become more efficient and above all more appropriate. Whether it is a question of dissections, penetrating ulcers, aneurysms or embolic migration of aortic plaques, cross-sectional imaging makes the topographical diagnosis, the assessment of extension and of associated lesions, in particular parenchymal damage.
