Partnership for Rural Development

Partnership among different organizations has taken various forms such as: Partnership between Community and Private sector; Partnership among the Community Based Organizations or Stakeholders Associations or Civil Society Organizations such as NGOs, Trust; and Partnership between Government and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) or Private Corporate Sector, which is commonly known as Public-Private Partnership. All these organizations are working for the common goal of improving the living standards in the rural areas. Multiple organizations have emerged in the rural areas and working for the betterment of the people and improve the facilities in the villages.Among these grassroots organizations working in rural areas, different possible relationships that include cooperate or consult with each other in their activities or programmes, Working as Partners or in Network, pooling together their physical, human and financial resources for improving the living conditions in rural areas and Possibly not align with each other, but working the same area for the common goal, that is rural development. Thus, there is a possibility of organizations taking ¿convergence approach¿.
