(b) to analyze the effects of machining current on various machining criteria, like cutting speed, spark gap, surface finish, profile accuracy in terms of corner radius and MRR for machining different aviation materials i.e., Titanium and Inconel X-750 to decide the best suitable machining current for machining. (c) effect of the workpiece thickness ranging from 5 to 80mm on machining current, cutting speed, spark gap, surface roughness, corner radius, MRR are evaluated under optimal parametric settings of gap voltage, wire velocity and wire tension specially with reference to the materials in the present research. (d)Finally the best parametric values for machining the above said materials are arrived and henceforth mathematical correlations are developed using ORIGIN 8.0 software tool, which may be useful for determining the discharge or cutting current required, cutting speed, spark gap and MRR for both the materials.(e)The M I is derived for the materials used in the present research work.
