Indian Food Preparation is traditional art, which has been evolved and practiced across the world as a part of progress of human civilization. They are highly demanded in global market due to omnipresence of Indians. Since last decades the attempts are being made to commercialize traditional food processing to satisfy proliferating demand. Most traditional Indian foods are susceptible for deterioration and hence require optimum packaging to enhance consumer shelf life.
