Customers want someone to listen to them and eventually resolve their issue that hasn't been taken action on or kept on happening during their stay in your customer service lines. The reason why a customer becomes mad is when a mistake seems to happen often, done by agents or when products fail and the company doesn't do anything to fix the issue. That is why you were hired in the first place. You have the ability or skill to serve the customers well and it takes much patience to do this job and you can do it!
