Our practices: An elusive case of Pakistani Children & Social institutions

Health is considered as wealth, but in our social institutions health is only associated with physical health, not mental. Although, these both are closely linked to each other. But, mental health plays a significant role in the ability of maintaining good physical health because issues with mental health affect the proper way of participating in healthy behaviors. Mental health is associated with overall psychological well-being like: the way people feel for themselves, the quality of their relationships, the ability to manage their feelings, and the way of dealing with difficulties. This is also known as emotional disturbance which refer to a number of different social-emotional disabilities. It is a condition which exhibit the inability to learn that is not been explained, inability of developing and maintaining relations, and having inappropriate behaviors.
