Organizational Culture and Knowledge Sharing in Educational Setting

Knowledge sharing is power rather than hoarding. As the knowledge originates in the minds of human beings, it is needed to be managed well through knowledge management strategy - knowledge sharing. Building knowledge societies highly relies on the quality of educational sector. And such quality in education can be achieved through knowledge designing strategies. The knowledge can be enhanced through the contributions of stake holders. The prime stake holder is an academician. Hence it is highly essential to instill knowledge sharing culture in educational environment to promote sharing of knowledge and enrich the educational Institutions. The present work is an attempt to reveal conditions that can facilitate knowledge sharing culture among the prime stake holders of educational institutions.
