Organizational Achievements and Challenges of LMD Implementation in Tunisia

In Tunisia as in Europe, reforms in the teaching of physical education and sports have led to a restructuring of curricula. These new programs emphasize professional development, ie practical training that includes long-term pre-professional training courses. With these reforms, the Ministry of Higher Education introduced a reference system of professional skills for teachers, which all students, regardless of the subject taught, must master at the end of their university course. This restructuring granted a place relative to the internship and the role of the associate teacher in the initial training, but which remains quite relative compared to the importance that the sage in situation held within the course which once led to the granting of a Masters in Physical Education (MEP).
