Organisational support and bullying in civil servants

This book seeks to evaluate the problem of bullying in female workers in the education and health areas of a municipality in the Sertão region of Paraíba, Brazil. With the new contemporary economic and social perspectives, it is followed, from the workers' reports, how much it has required them to perform absurd work activities. This condition not only affects the productivity of the organisation, but also causes serious psychological damage, one of which is bullying, contributing to problems in the organisation-work-individual-health relationship. The problem is more serious when it is observed that this phenomenon does not occur in a social vacuum, but has its origin in the very attitude of managers towards their employees.
