Oral bacteria interactions on mesenchymal stem cells

Within this book, Lactobacillus and P. gingivalis strains' autotoaggregation and coaggregation characteristic features are introduced. Lactobacillus and P. gingivalis strains' ability to adhere on gingival mesenchymal stem cells and bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells are determined and the strength of adhesion ability are compared in terms of cell source. TLR expression of bacteria strains on gingival mesenchymal stem cells and bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells are deliberated.The effect of bacteria strains on cell cultures' proinflammatory and antiinflammatory cytokine oscillation is researched.
