On Multimedia and Digital Culture

This study includes two parts that treat the issue of penetrating of multimedia and digital culture in Albania. In this first part, we have discussed some concepts of the use of multimedia in education as an innovation in the means used to improve teaching and learning. Also a comparative analysis has been elaborated about highlighting the trend of using multimedia in Albania. In the second part we have discussed some concepts of the use of digital culture in general and especially in education as an innovation in the means used to improve teaching and learning. The surveys carried out in this study are intended to provide quantitative results of the level of usage of digital culture resources in teaching and learning.
