By means of benefits abstract legal opportunities are transformed into real opportunities, the eternal legal ideas of equality, humanism are implemented, the achievement of fair ordering of social relations is ensured, which is especially important nowadays under conditions of market mechanisms. A really just society is a society built on the right ratio of goods, a ratio that is based on the idea of justice as a model.
