This work is the first from Nepal.Till date no has done such study .While interacting with people suffering from HIV /AIDS i can feel their pain.The patients also felt very happy and gratitued me for doing such praiseworthy work. For this study i personally used to visit many rehabilitation centres and examine the patient there. This reall gave me a great satisfaction once they feel very happy by the service.
