Therefore, sustainability of being powerful for an organization is tied to the physical, psychological health of employees and their knowledge and skills as well. So, the main objectives of this book is to assess the occupational health and safety management systems in order to recommend various strategies to mitigate employees¿ physical ,psychological, biological, chemical and ergonomic occupational hazards.
