Malnutrition remains a serious obstacle to child survival, growth and development in Nepal. The purpose of this book is to accesses nutritional status of under-five children so that an actual picture of undernourished under-five children can be represented for Nepal.Different indicators and factors affecting under-five nutrition i.e. mortality, morbidity, malnutrition, micronutrient deficiency, food security, poverty, maternal education, exclusive breastfeeding, health care services, internal conflict and political instability, water and sanitation, household composition and food habits were discussed in this book.
