Numerical modeling of Air Quality and Diffusion

Air pollution has become ubiquitous now a days in urban and industrial areas. It is pervasive and too dispersed for any collective treatment. For any engineer, scientist or environment manager a thorough understanding of the individual and integrated behavior along with effects of air pollution on the environment is essential. Air is considered as one of the most vital and precious natural resource. The increase in population, transformation and industrial development has resulted in the release of all kinds of pollutants into the environment.
