NON-HUMAN ANIMAL RIGHTS:

This study aims to demonstrate the protection of non-human animals in the face of the provision of mild punishment against cruel acts, as well as to explain the need for the creation of severe laws against mistreatment, and for this purpose, part of the historical analysis of the aforementioned institute since the beginning until the present time. It also demonstrates the existence of the creation of some laws over the years that deal with its articles on animal protection. It is evident that the Brazilian laws have not been enough to protect the animals and to punish the infractors properly, due to the growing increase of mistreatments and impunity of the aggressors. And, at the end it is perceived, that there is still a long way to be traveled for the concretion of the rights of the animals, having the necessity of creation and approval of more laws of animal protection, the promotion on the part of the State of the ONGS of animal support with destination of public funds to help in this cause, the social awareness through lectures and conferences about the respect to the animals, so that a greater protection to the animal cause occurs in fact.
