Nigeria - Mali have has had a long-time relationship traceable to the socio-colonial era when the entities within the two states had political, economic, and socio-cultural ties. The relationship between the two countries has improved in recent times in the quest of ensuring peace and stability particularly within the West African Sub-region and Africa in general.
