New Industrial and Business Approach for Competitive Advantage

The twenty-first century marks an emphasized differentiation of organizations analyzed from various aspects. It is a period of creation of modern organizations which, starting from their own goals, are based on their modern functioning on both domestic and foreign markets. The work of organizations realized through the sphere of the principles of modern management and contemporary business, is nowadays imposed as the basis for expanded reproduction and flows in the society. In that sense, the meaning of the topics that are processed in the work is useful, objective and of great interest to the managers from different levels, in order to gain a competitive advantage.The paper presents a sublimate of the behavior of the organizations in the Republic of Macedonia and how they are confronted with the competition. Elaboration of issues related to competitive advantage provides a direction for how organizations can achieve their goals.
