NCC Influence on Social Adjustment among Pupil

Authors opined that the NCC (National Cadet Corp) Training will have positive impact on Scholastic Achievement, Social Adjustment and Social Competence among High School Pupils. The researcher has developed a research plan to study the impact of social adjustment, emotional adjustment and scholastic adjustment before and after training among high school students. The NCC involves in Adventure Training, Youth Exchange Programs, Camp Training, and Community Development. Accordingly, the study was carried out by re-examining the variables. Social skill is a term used to describe the child's knowledge of and ability to use a variety of social behaviors like leadership, that are appropriate to a given interpersonal situation and that are pleasing to others in each situation. The results of the study reflected greatly that NCC would positively impact on social skills which in turn would help to enhance once Social Adjustment and Social Competence.
