Nanoparticle-Encapsulated Curcumin on Arsenic-Induced Toxicity in Rats

The book contains complete review of arsenic toxicity in animals and humans and nanotechnology in drug delivery and therapeutic use of curcumin. In addition, protocols for preparation of nanoparticle encapsulated curcumin and characterization of nanoparticle i.e. particle size, encapsulation efficiency and drug release pattern. Among several well-established methods for assessment of cell antioxidant potential, lipid peroxidation and biochemical markers has been included.
