My adventure mediation

Our vision of a happy life is very clear: we would be free, courageous, would take inspired actions, grow together, be there for each other. We would be able to trust ourselves and others and thus gain comprehensive security.And then we see the reality: entangled in sensitivities, in opposition, distractions, excuses ...In order to nevertheless come into our strength and beauty or to stay there, each of us is challenged to discover our inner order, to examine it in our daily dealings with ourselves and the environment and to use it in an appropriate way for social development.Mediation aims to create "win-win" situations. What this means in concrete terms must be rediscovered from case to case. Above all, however, it is about gaining more security and trust for oneself and others in and through one's own actions. Then everyone can use their sensitivities, entanglements and excuses to find a little more of themselves.
