Moving Human Target Detection and Tracking in Video Frames

This book is related to the automatic detection and tracking of the moving object from the information extracted from surveillance video frames. The latest development in detecting and tracking the object supports in video surveillance with increasing application among defence, railway stations, airports, traffic signals, etc. This increasing demand in surveillance of the objects around cannot be made successful with manual operations. The drawbacks of manual monitoring lead to the increase in demand for automatic detection and tracking modes of the surveillance system. Researches support in the development of intelligent automated systems which remain so complex and challenging with certain disadvantages such as noise in information, sudden motion, illumination, background variation, etc. Few methods of intelligent automated systems are surveillance systems, intelligent vehicles support for detecting and tracking moving objects in various environments. Development in advanced computational systems and high efficient image processing devices facilitates in capturing noise-free images.
