It is also necessary to specify that, because of their flexibility and speed, motorcycle cabs meet a particular vocation which is that of a strong mobility, thus embodying the satisfaction of the travel needs of the city dwellers who are happy with a less expensive means of public transport. However, they need to be regulated and channelled through better regulation by integrating them as an essential link in the urban transport chain in Bamako and throughout the country.
