Model for the Electronic Documentary Management of Archives

The main objective of this research project has been the design of a Model for the Electronic Document Management of Archives Based on BPM Methodology for the Organization of Administrative Processes, the research approach was conducted in four phases, the development of interviews and comprehensive archive diagnosis, the modeling of the current state of the procedure with BPMN notation aligned with the component of the Electronic Document Management, the design of the Model and finally the evaluation of the same through a checklist.of the procedure with BPMN notation aligned with the Electronic Document Management component, the design of the Model and finally the evaluation of the same through a checklist.Keywords- Document Management, BPM, electronic document, information access, processes, procedure, archiving.
