Mobile Operators in Côte d'Ivoire: Economic Challenges

Telecommunications are today an important component of the projected emergence of Côte d'Ivoire. From the fixed telephone network to mobile telephony, via the Internet and the computer system, telecommunications are developing rapidly and are used in everyday life by the administration, the private sector and the general population. This technological boom can be explained by the legal and institutional provisions adopted by Côte d'Ivoire in this area, and also by the evolution of telecommunications in the world. Indeed, this sector is quite attractive given the multitude of operators who are in fierce competition with each other, namely ORANGE CI, MTN CI and MOOV CI, and consumers have become multi-subscribers following the various offers from these operators. In order to understand such a situation, it is important that we go to the sources and therefore it would be reasonable to conduct a study, which leads us to focus on this thorny issue: "how to increase the market share in an environment where customers are multi-subscribers?
