Microbiological analysis of frozen fish (Thomson)

Our study is part of a process of microbiological analysis of Thomson frozen fish sold on markets in the town of Butembo. In an isothermal box, the samples were sent to the central laboratory of the Catholic University of Graben for microbiological analysis.This laboratory analysis showed that Staphylococcus aureus is the most common germ in these fish sold in the town of Butembo with a frequency of 42.5%. The analysis of variance of the data for microbiological examination of fish sold in the town of Butembo indicated a significant difference between the identified germs (F_obs 3>F_th 2.49) but there was no significant difference for the sampling sites (markets) (F_obs0
