Microalgae Experimental Biotechnology

The present work is developed, with laboratory experience in microalgae, for learning and basic knowledge of the fascinating world of these microorganisms in the area of Biotechnology. With the purpose of motivating and guiding in a practical way the observation of the morphology in different stages and qualitative identification with the support of the annexes in the different ecosystems, as well as the development of basic techniques of sterilization and cultures, data collection, analysis, monitoring, evaluation, and integration of different processes that can be applied in the professional development in teaching and research, in the field of algal and environmental biotechnology, due to the great potential it represents at present with respect to the influence on climate change.
