Methods and Means of Increasing the Efficiency of Biogas Installations

The monograph presents the results of the authors' research on methods and means of increasing the efficiency of biogas plants, which are based on improving the organization of the biomethanogenesis process, the use of electrothermomechanical devices to ensure the optimal thermal regime and mixing in bioreactors, methods of electromagnetic stimulation of the biomethanogenesis process, pretreatment of agricultural by-products, and the use of cosubstrates for increasing anaerobic digestibility, increasing the profitability of biogas production through the effective use of digestate, as well as methods based on the application of multifunctional electromechanical converters in the technologies of controlled processing of biological structures.
