Methodology to improve the way of acting

One of the premises of the Cuban National Public Health System is the attention to the person, the family and the community. In this regard, the authorities and nurses in PHC attach importance to family health. The World Health Organization reaffirmed that: "Family health is a fact that determines and is determined by the effective functioning of the family as a biopsychosocial unit. Caring with an integrative approach requires action from promotion and prevention to transform the ways and lifestyles of the family to health-generating behaviors. The research objective was aimed at: To design a Methodology to improve the way of acting of the Nursing Professionals in the care of the family health in the polyclinics of the municipality Matanzas. The method: It is a research of technological development. The universe was constituted by the 44 nurses of offices of the Doctor and Nurse of the Family, who perform in the polyclinics that assume the teaching of Nursing in the municipality the Matanzas Province between the years 2018-2019.
