Methodology of forecasting land fund diversification

The use of land resources by the economy and society is a continuous objective process, since the land resources used are multitasked and multifunctional due to the need to meet various material and other needs of society. Diversification of the land fund leads to the creation of a new type of production and market infrastructure in the regions, to an increase in the efficiency of land fund use, to employment, to a balance between land supply and demand, and to socio-economic positive results. Under conditions of market economy, lack of full use of available resources, the share of reserve lands in the land fund is increasing from year to year, the population's demand for land, private property, etc. is growing. Such circumstances make actual the development of scientific and practical proposals as a result of research to improve the mechanism of distribution and redistribution of land fund, the content of the forecast of land use in the future.
