This book is very important for all the medical profession, in every aspect of negligence. my intention of going for this book was to guide the medical field. On the one hand the medical practitioner has a noble job to perform treating his patient, on the other hand the latter places full faith and confidence in the former. the relation between the doctor and the patient is based on trust and confidence. It is also important to note that there is growing awareness in the people who now have high expectations from the medical profession. It is unfortunate some doctors are in the habit of criticizing their colleagues in a light-heart ed manner only to boast of their own skill, may be with no serious intention. Large number complaints are filed only on the basis of such loose statements which results in unnecessary litigation's.
