Media Coverage of Witchcraft in Ghana

The research has been structured to examine a number of issues regarding the topic. The population for the study was the Daily Graphic and the Daily Guide for the period January to December 2010. The study sampled 96 papers, 48 for Daily Graphic and 48 for Daily guide. The present study sought to find answers to some research questions and invariably achieve the objectives that were set for the study. On the research question on: How are witchcraft issues covered in the newspapers? The study was able to find out that witchcraft issues do not received more coverage in the newspapers. Out of a total number of 96 newspapers reviewed from the Daily Graphic and the Daily Guide.
