Mechanisms for attracting foreign investment. Commercial secrecy

The monograph presents the result of the authors' research for the period from 2000 to 2022 on the problems of attracting investment, including foreign investment to finance youth entrepreneurial projects, development of financial institutions and mechanisms of their formation. Particular attention in the monograph is paid to the analysis of existing institutions - free economic zones and franchising. The author's mechanism - student credit cooperative (SCC) - is proposed, and a detailed description of the main business processes of its creation and activity is given. Taking into account the need to protect the commercial secret of SCC as a financial institution, a separate section is devoted to this problem
