Measuring Transducers and Sensors

The physical principles of operation and principles of construction of measuring transducers of various physical parameters are considered. The main attention is paid to semiconductor sensors of temperature, mechanical deformation, and magnetic fields. Certain issues of the operation of humidity sensors, ionization devices, various phototransducers, flow rate meters, fill levels, pressure, etc. are considered. The results of a study of the characteristics of the considered sensors and the influence of various external influences on them are presented.
