Martial art in school

The implementation of self-defense by achieving a space as a pedagogical strategy in physical education classes motivates students from schools and educational institutions dynamically in order to obtain skills, abilities, security and self-confidence based on values and principles from martial art. The general objective was to implement self-defense as a pedagogical strategy during Physical Education classes specifically in grade 11-1 of the Technical Institute "Gonzalo Suarez Rendon" in the city of Tunja (Boyaca).At this point, in this book you will find the most relevant theoretical foundations of action research which aims to encourage graduates in physical education, teachers, trainers and experts in martial arts to be more thorough and researchers in order to transform their students in vulnerable populations leaving significant contributions in the school environment and thus able to train good people for a better future within a coherent society of peace.
