Mapping the State of the Art

Through this research, we seek to establish the research production on the topic of Early Childhood, childhood and adolescence in the city of Cartagena from 1989, the year in which the Convention on the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CRC) was implemented, until 2012. Thus, the research that universities, NGO's and GO's have carried out on this population are geo-spatially located in the administrative localities of Cartagena in which each of these investigations were carried out. For this purpose, an observation scheme was filled out in order to analyze them with a focus on rights, population and territory. As a result of this analysis, lines of research are proposed based on the interest and recurrence shown by researchers in the city regarding some particular topics of early childhood, childhood and adolescence in Cartagena.
