Manual for the proper application of a regulatory provision

If tomorrow a law comes into force that you consider burdensome because it diminishes or modifies in some way the exercise of a right that you enjoy, which of the following options would you choose: a. Seek some exception, interpretation or ambiguous wording of the law to "escape" its effects, b. march for its repeal, or c. initiate a legal process to avoid its application. Always, in any case and in the face of any possibility you can imagine, the problem between the new law and you will ultimately come down to whether or not it will be applied to you; and, if so, what could you do about it if the law is not suitable for your case? According to the idea that we will develop in this book, for a regulatory provision to be adequately applied, it is relevant to take into account these two factors: its scope of action and its effects; working with both will allow us to develop a method of application through degrees or intensities, useful for anyone to know if the provision and its application is adequate, and to have a notion of what to do in case it is not.
