Manipulation in politicians' speeches

In this work the authors address the sphere of a politician's public speech as a special type of manipulative discourse, highlight certain tactics and strategies of influence on the mass consciousness, and also discover those spheres that are problematic and crisis areas for a politician. Here is the history of the emergence and development of the concept of "discourse", "political discourse", strategies and tactics of manipulation, expressiveness of speech. The work describes the mechanisms of influence of tactics and tricks of politicians on the audience and the degree of their effectiveness. According to the concept outlined in the book, political discourse is focused more on one-sided influence, rather than on full-fledged equal contact between communicants.
