The management of World Cultural Heritage faced with the challenge between preservation and development. Through preservation aimed at the cultural heritage can continue to be kept in existence, on the other side of development is intended to provide benefits to the community especially for the fulfillment of economic needs. Related to sustainable tourism required efforts in order that the existence of the World Cultural Heritage can continue to provide benefit by the current and future generations, so that required strategy in its management. Based on the problems faced and through Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis compiled the structured model of management, then elaborated to formulated strategy for sustainable tourist attraction management.
