This book was a product of hard work during the ten days total lockdown of July, 2021 due to Corona Pandemic in the state of Manipur (North Eastern part of India) and was more on my way of looking at things rather than Empirical based facts and figures.It was also an attempt made to represent the ideas, problems, solutions being faced by our society as simple as possible from management perspectives and hoping to publish extended volume in a more critical, insightful and analytical form in the near future.
