Managerial Skills Learnt through MA EPM and Performance of Heads

Management provides formal cordination in an organization for achieving pre-determined goals. The Educational Manager particularly performs his duties by using different Planning and Management techniques. These techniques are equally important for the manager of others sectors. The present study design are equally important for the manger of others sectors. The finding and conclusions of the data indicated that the impact of the skills on their performance. Majority of the heads were agreed that the program was beneficial for them. It was also recommended on the basis of the conclusions that there might be separate course for educational budgeting. It was also recommended that more emphasis on the GANTT CHART, CPM and PERT should be given for more conceptual clarity of the students. It was also suggested that there might be more focus on the PC-1 formulation.
