Leadership is one of the most significant subjects in management area that plays an important rule in organizations; it strongly affects their performance and survival. Humans are considered as one of the basic resources of the social organizations and categorized in different groups. In one of the most noticeable ones, they are divided in two groups; leader and disciple (subordinate). If they count as leader, the styles of leadership in which an individual (leader) stimulates employees to achieve strategic goals are specifically concerned; in the other hand, as subordinates, their motivations to make progress with leaders' plans become more noticeable. Despite the difference in the concepts of management most of the people accept the impact of leaders on the organizations' achievement.
