Management principles 1

The main objective of this book is to introduce the company and its environment and to detail its main functions. More specifically, it allows to:Allow the student to understand the company and the nature of its relationship with the environment (micro and macro);Introduce the student to the fundamental principles of the management of the main functions of the company: marketing, production, supply, human resources, finance, R&D, information system, logistics... Prepare the student for the different management specialties (Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Human Resources Management, Logistics and Production).To deal with exercises on different concepts and tools of business management.
