Management of pupil/student discipline in school

Moving in the air cross the continents and oceans from Africa, I had a privilege to land in the Fjords of Norway in Europe. My friends and I could enjoy the scenery beauty of the mountains, Fjords, Snow and climate changes especially in sogndal and solund cities or municipalities. However, I discovered that equality is one of the values which is highly appreciated in the Norwegian culture. And this value is demonstrated in gender balance, institutions, and families and in their entire social life. In institutions for instance in schools, this value is seen in the way teachers give and manage discipline to their learners without using any form of physical punishment hence the title of the book "Management of pupil/ students discipline in school."
