Management of innovation projects in II level of care clinics

This paper shows the results obtained with the use of an instrument to make a diagnosis of how MEDIGLOBAL CR, a second level care clinic, deploys its innovation machinery at the enterprise level. An evaluation instrument was used, consisting of 40 questions with four solution options and with a weighting range between 0.01 and 100. The instrument is made up of ten modules, each containing four questions. The diagnosis considers 15 test units in MEDIGLOBAL CR that represent the different areas of the organization. The results project the modules which are strengths and weaknesses for each test unit and for the company in general. In each case, the behavior of the unit under study is investigated independently, and planning is carried out to strengthen its assertive actions and improve its weaknesses. The results are considered as a starting point for the planning of training actions and management of innovative machinery within MEDIGLOBAL CR.
